Besides these, the CodeMiner CVS Manager offers you the following monitoring features:

• Project Monitoring: CVS Manager discovers the project changes as per the Versioning System and updates the details of changes in files with its history and delivers the details at a single point. The details can be obtained with a customizable search criterion. You can also browse the project modules to view the changes and the latest history of the files with options to view the difference between 2 tags or 2 revisions.
  

• Favorite Projects:  To add a project as a Favorite project, click the  icon in the home page for that project. Now, click on Show Favorite Projects Only will show only the selected projects. This setting will be saved in a cookie and when you visit the page next time, it will show only the Favorite Projects. If you want to see all the projects, click on Show All Projects. You can remove any project from your favorite list by clicking the  icon for that project. When you clear the cookies this setting will be cleared.

• Administration Configuration: CVS Manager allows you to configure different projects for a repository to be monitored with a simple administration screen.

• pserver Status Monitoring: CVS Manager monitors the pserver status of your repository and represents its status.

• SSHD Status Monitoring: CVS Manager monitors the sshd status of your repository and represents its status, If you configure the repository using ext/ssh method.

• Activity Management: CVS Manager measures changes within the project at regular intervals of 1 hour and updates the files accordingly to analyze the change at a single view with the details of author, log information and the respective change in the file.

• Export Search Result: You can export the search result as PDF/CSV file and save the result for future reference. 

• In the Advanced Search, click the   icon available at the right of Search Results table to get a pdf report.  
• If you have a PDF reader (Acrobat Reader), you will be asked if you want to open the document in your default PDF reader. Or else, you can choose to save the PDF document to your disk by selecting the Save to Disk radio button. If you want to open the PDF in a PDF reader, then leave the default selected option as is.
• Click OK. The PDF document is opened in your default PDF reader.
• Save the PDF document for future reference.
• Click the icon to get the search result in CSV format. You can view the CSV file using any text editor.
